We are looking for a Website & SEO Specialist to take full ownership of our company website. This is a long-term position where you will oversee all website content, design, SEO strategy, and performance to drive organic traffic, lead generation, and brand authority.
You will have complete creative control over the website’s content, structure, and optimization to ensure it is visually appealing, SEO-friendly, and conversion-driven. While I will provide background on the company, services, and business goals, it will be your responsibility to research, strategize, and execute the website’s development and content to maximize visibility and engagement.

? Website Development & Content Management
• Redesign and optimize the WordPress (Elementor) website for speed, usability, and conversions
• Ensure the site structure and navigation are intuitive and user-friendly
• Write and manage all website content, including service pages, landing pages, and blog posts
• Implement SEO best practices into the site’s content, images, and metadata
• Regularly update design, layouts, and visuals to match brand identity
? SEO Growth & Lead Generation
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website pages for high-ranking industry terms
• Build and execute an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic & search visibility
• Develop a backlink acquisition strategy to boost domain authority
• Implement internal linking, schema markup, and structured data for better indexing
• Monitor Google Search Console & Analytics to track website performance
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues (broken links, site speed, mobile optimization, etc.)
