SEO & Update All Search Engine Info

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with SEO optimization and updating all of my existing search engine information. The main focus will be on Google, but I am also interested in updating our information on ALL Search Engines. I have an existing list of keywords that I am very specific about wanting current content to be updated. However, any suggestions or advice on the best approach for doing this efficiently is welcome. You should have experience with Real Estate Maketing. l also need help in removing negative Google reviews. If possible, I would like to have some analytics provided along with the final results.
