SEO Specialist for multi site project

An experienced SEO professional is required to assist me with off-site authority and link building efforts for a newly launched multi-site project with 14 URLs. Additionally, I will require updates for our internal development team's on-site SEO. All of the sites are built using Codeigniter, Laravel, or PHP, there are no WordPress-based websites. I'll need a weekly summary update in addition to updating our online SEO marketing strategy, which can be found at https://seranking.com/marketing-plan.html. We will provide access to the individual to manage and update the marketing plan for each project. I require an initial twenty hours of setup work, followed by approximately ten hours per week thereafter. Please quote the price according to the project as i don't wish to negotiate.
