SEO Specialist for Full Seo Management of New Website

I need an SEO specialist who can manage the SEO for a new website.
I own a motorcycle dealership in Sydney, Australia. We sell one type/model of motorcycle and I am in the process of building a website for the business.
At this stage I am mapping out the low fi wire frames for the website. I have not finalised the copy for the site or done anything else until now.
