SEO Specialist Needed for PageSpeed Improvement

I'm in need of an SEO expert who can help enhance my Google PageSpeed Results.
Key Responsibilities:
Specifically my results now area Mobile Failing (Overall 66, performance 66, accessibility 84, best practices 86, SEO 92) My issue with mobile I think is Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) 2.6s and Interaction to Next Paint (INP) 381 ms.
My desktop version is doing fine, Passed 95, performance 95, accessibility 72, best practices 93, SEO 85.
I just need my mobile to have a passing score overall on each page of the website.
- Analyze and improve my current mobile design which is failing due to LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) and possibly INP (Interactivity).
- Identify and optimize images and media which are suspected to be most affecting my LCP and INP scores (if needed)..

- Proven experience in SEO, specifically in improving PageSpeed Results.
- Strong understanding of mobile design and its implications on SEO.
- Proficient in optimizing images and media for better PageSpeed scores.
