SEO Services for Cawgo.com
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
Scope of Services:
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following SEO services for the Client’s website, www.cawgo.com, as per the agreed proposal:
1. On-Page SEO:
• Content Optimization:
o Update and optimize existing pages or blog posts.
o Publish 10 new keyword-focused Blog articles with 1000 words.
• Keyword Tracking and Updates:
o Analyze keyword performance and refine target keywords.
o Identify and target new long-tail keywords.
2. Technical SEO Maintenance:
• Fix crawl errors, broken links, and 404 pages.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals and optimize for site speed and mobile-friendliness.
• Update XML sitemap and check robots.txt.
• Add or update 5-10 internal links to improve page authority and navigation.
• Fix Meta tags ensuring the web looks refined upon search engines searching by users
3. Off-Page SEO:
• Link Building:
o Outreach to 30 websites for guest posting or link exchanges.
o Acquire 100 quality backlinks from niche-relevant domains.
• Social Media and Community Engagement:
o Actively participate in niche forums and Q&A platforms like Reddit and Quora to drive referral traffic.
4. Local SEO:
• Optimize Google Business Profile and collect new reviews.
• Build citations on local directories.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, and user behavior via Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Analyze backlink performance and refine strategies.
• Provide a report summarizing improvements and next steps.
6. Weekly Updates:
• Provide weekly progress updates to the Client in terms of filled check list and report.i.e.04 filled checklist a month 1 per week.
Access Requirements:
The Client agrees to provide hosting credentials to the Service Provider to implement the agreed on-page and off-page SEO tasks.
OR
The Client will provide necessary access to the Service provider and connect with the developer team to make necessary changes in backend if required.
Term and Renewal: This Agreement covers one month of SEO services, after which the plan will renew monthly unless terminated by either party with a 05-day written notice upon satisfaction of target works.
Payment Terms & Conditions:
• The total fee for the services is CAD $150 per month.
• Payment is due within 05 business days at the end of each month upon successful submission of filled 04 weekly reports.
Confidentiality: The Service Provider agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all credentials and sensitive information provided by the Client.
