SEO Research for New Project
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

This is a smaller project that forms as the first step towards a new and bigger project.
The larger project in the background is a food blog. The blog is going to be about Indian food and recipes etc. The aim of the blog is to educate, inform, advocate and entertain (where possible) about food culture of South Asia; and also that which has come about as a result of the greater Indian diaspora worldwide.
Now coming back to what this specific project is about: for the blog to be a success, it needs great content, web traffic and organic rankings. That, in turn, calls for a great strategic planning for keywords, in terms of amount of monthly traffic, ease/difficulty of rankings and affiliate marketing potential.
This smaller project is for you to do keyword research on the topic and come up with keyword strings that will be the first step for the bigger project later.
This will assist in building a blog that has - at its roots - the right keyword mix. If this first step of keyword research is done right then the next few steps of creating content is slightly easier, which then creates a positive downstream effect of usefulness and increased chances of great organic rankings. Finally, that helps realizing the monetising potential of the blog.
Of course, the first step of keyword research is just that: first step. Once that is complete, I want to plan the bigger project for the blog itself (likely using Wordpress) and it likely makes sense to have the same person who does the keyword research to also do the bigger project of the blog with the content to go with it. I don't want to spill out too many details of the bigger project but instead want you to focus on the keyword research for now.
There is also a potential for us developing a longer term business relationship here by not only you building the blog for me, but also adding , maintaining it. This is a possible long term engagement, but first things first: keyword research.
What I need for Keyword Research -
Get me 6 primary keywords (greatest potential of rankings and organic traffic) and 6 secondary keywords (i.e. good potential of rankings and organic traffic) that will form the base of the content marketing strategy. I need keywords (or phrases) with monthly search volume, CPC, Ranking difficulty for the country Australia (or globally) from you.

Please be punctual and realistic. If it will take you a week to do the research then say so, but don't say it will take 2 days and then turns out I am still following up for 2 weeks to see the output from you.
Please don't ask for more money. If this isn't enough then don't take the job, I will not hold a grudge. The number of times I have had someone accept a job and then ask for more money is disappointing.
Please don't give me garbage information back as your output. If you tell me keyword strings that don't have good search volume or aren't easy at all to organically rank for, then that is failing to do what's being asked. And using tools like SEMRush, ahrefs, Long Tail pro and others, it's pretty easy to figure out what keyword is worth it and what isn't.
Ideally you can finish this job by 25 Nov 2022.
