SEO Project - Reputation Management - Bring one Result LOWER on Search Results

I need assistance with an SEO project. When you google search for someone's name ( see word doc attached) - this link to a bad Florida politics websute comes up as the 5th link. We want to move this to the 2nd or 3rd page of Google search results. We can do this through any means necessary - i.e. posting other articles that push this down, or other means. We can provide anything you need - i.e. articles, content, social media access, website access, etc.
