I am looking for an SEO expert to enhance the performance of my HR reporting website, PowerDashHR.com. The site is built in WordPress. The primary objective is to generate leads and sales through improved visibility and reach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically implement SEO techniques to enhance our search engine rankings and increase website traffic.
- Target specific keywords and phrases such as "HR reporting software" and "HR analytics tools" to attract relevant traffic.
- Focus on national SEO strategies to broaden our reach across the entire country. UK & Ireland first target market, then USA, Canada and Australia.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
