I need a professional SEO expert to enhance the searchability of my podcast episodes on Apple, Spotify and potentially YouTube. The focus will be on 15-20 past episodes, as well as the next 3.

Responsibilities:
- improve the titles, descriptions, and (meta) tags and anything else that will improve searchability, visibility and getting in front of the right audience
- how to drive more engagement from listeners or from the reels/shorts
- a strategy to gain new listeners

The overall theme of the show (family background stories, culture etc.) is constant, but other talking points are different e.g. entrepreneurship, stereotypes, climate etc. So you need to know podcast seo well and can prove it through existing work.
