SEO Optimisation Project Description
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
This project consists in SEO optimisation activities aimed at increasing organic traffic for the web site languagesbyimmersion.com. This web site relates to a language learning application (LBI) which enables users to learn a new language (or improve in this language) by interacting and watching Youtube videos. LBI allows a user to generate subtitles, translations, in-context word and expression definitions (by clicking on words) and other tools which help to make the videos content comprehensible to a user. LBI also provides a smart video player which allows a user to replay scenes, slow down the speed, and many other features. It also provides tools such as notebooks and flashcards to help users interact with the content to test and consolidate the knowledge obtained by interacting with and viewing the videos.
The SEO optimisation activities should enable the LBI web site to appear in page 1 results on Google, when using relevant keywords such as “learn Spanish”, “learn French”, “learn German”, “learn English” etc… The site is multilingual, so these optimisations need to be carried out the major languages supported by LBI: French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, and Thai.
As a general guideline, the project must include the following activities:
1. Perform SEO “off-page” optimisation by creating the backlinks required to improve the LBI page ranking.
• Identify the quantity of level-1 backlinks required to improve the page ranking.
• Identify the quantity of level-2 backlinks required to improve the page ranking.
• Identify relevant and authoritative web sites from which the required backlinks can be created.
• Create the backlinks via guest posts, niche edits and other applicable techniques.
2. Identify SEO “on-page” high priority optimisations which must be carried out in order to improve LBI page ranking.
• Compile a list of required optimisations
• Implement items which have a significant impact on the site ranking.
3. Identify other priority changes required to improve the SEO.

2. Strategy used to implement backlinks.
3. Audit methodology to identify other high priority “on-page” modifications.
