SEO Link Building for an English Plumbing Website in the Netherlands – 10 High-Quality Backlinks

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a freelancer who is a specialist in the field of link building for websites.
Goal / Objective
Someone who can help increase the online authority and visibility of my plumbing website (.NL domain name) in Dutch search engines like Google and Bing, through high-quality and relevant backlinks. The website is in English and targets expats in the Netherlands. Therefore, both Dutch (local) and international (English-language, relevant) links are permitted—provided they are qualitative and contextually relevant.
Target Page
I'll let you know in the chat which page is the first priority to work on (otherwise I'll get all kinds of messages/phone calls through my website that I don't want).
Although this is an English website, I would like part of the backlinks (around 60–70%) to come from Dutch websites related to plumbing, home maintenance, or construction.
Dutch-language websites are acceptable, as long as the context is relevant.
The freelancer may perform outreach in English, but preference will be given to sites located in the Netherlands (.nl domains).

Relevance
Links must come from websites related to: plumbing, installation, home maintenance, renovation, sustainability, building, expat living, and housing.
Irrelevant or general blog posts will not be accepted.
Link Types
Editorial links are preferred (guest blog posts, mentions, or contextual references).
No paid spam links or comment links.
A mix of dofollow (±80%) and nofollow (±20%) is preferred.
Anchor texts
Use natural variation; I'll share some suggestions with you in the chat.
Payment & Workflow
Payment is per link placed and approved by me.
I will receive a list of suggested websites in advance, including rates per link.
Payment will only be made after verification (live URL).
Links must remain online for at least 12 months.
If a link is removed or deindexed, a replacement link must be provided free of charge.
Quality Control
All placed links are checked in Ahrefs or Semrush.
You will only be paid for actually placed, active, and high-quality links.
