SEO Lead-Gen Site & AI Ads

I’m building a conversion-driven website whose sole purpose is to capture high-quality leads. The site will revolve around short and long-form videos, so a clean, responsive layout with fast loading, intuitive navigation and integrated video modules is essential. Solid on-page SEO must be baked in from the ground up—schema, meta strategy, headline hierarchy, internal linking, the works—so that each landing page can rank for its specific intent keywords.

Once the site is live, I need to push traffic through paid campaigns on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. I’m interested in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Synthesia, or comparable platforms) to generate, personalise and test multiple ad creatives quickly. If you have a proven workflow for using AI to script, voice, edit and iterate video ads that meet each platform’s specs, that’s exactly what I’m after.

– All major SEO checks pass in Screaming Frog or a similar audit tool
– Video ads meet current ad-platform policies and export in the correct aspect ratios and lengths
– Tracking shows first conversions within test budget and all events fire correctly in GA4 and each ad manager
