SEO and Instagram content creator

We have a website about spraying drones, address is given below, and an Instagram account.
We are looking for a content creator for our Instagram acount and SEO services for our website.
We also have a shopping site for the spareparts, that will also need SEO services.

Intagram content creator should be able to create designs and use our pictures. Post at least 3 posts per week, and after some special events we make. Posts shall be in TURKISH.

SEO services shall maintain the records of the website, keep the website on the first page when searched from google. And also we would like to work with a budget for google ads. Project will also cover the google ads service control.
