SEO Help Needed for Website (need to be ranked #1 on Google)

I need to find an American company (ideally) that can help me with my SEO needs on my website. My website is: www.AspenRidgePhysicalTherapy.com. I have done nothing on my website for SEO purposes, so I need to start with getting the right keywords, then doing backlinking / link building, etc. All of this MUST be WHITE HAT, and done properly.

I prefer to use an American company who understands my local needs and competitors.
