Aim is to boost SEO performance and keep readers reading to the very end of each articles, leading them to amazon affiliate links. Your mission:
- bring the site's google traffic from 1k to 2.5k avg. daily
- increase amazon affiliate orders from 10 to 30 avg. daily
If you reach the goals, you will be able make 15% of all website profit for at least 6 month, and have a chance to sign a long term contract which has higher profit sharing structure.
You may apply your SEO growth hacking skills as you wish. However, you will need to also perform the following during the duration of the assignment:
1. Improve and optimize the site's articles to provide deeper additional insightful analysis and original in-depth research. Write it in a more engaging and story like format to ensure readers read the entire article. You can add more content, sourcing images, reference other sites/articles or add relevant YouTube videos.
2. Improve grammar, proof read, factually checking and verifying the info in each article.
3. Apply the latest SEO best practices onto the articles when optimizing them (if any are missing)...tags, H1, H2, interlinking..etc
4. Go through site and identify opportunities to link to relevant pages within the site for all articles (interlink).
5. Go through an article's content and identify opportunities to link to amazon products not mentioned, add 2-3 more products (preference goes to high priced items). Aim is improve conversion rate optimization (CRO)
6. Go through expired or out of stock amazon products and replace them with ones that are relevant to the article's content, are popular/trusted and in-stock.
7. Add 2 FAQ's per page on something consumers are researching now on the topic of the article at the end of the article
