SEO- Google search

I'm looking for an expert to improve my website's visibility on Google through a thorough on-page and off-page optimization. My goal is to increase traffic to my website, with a focus on Google search only. The project requires analytical, technical and creative skill-sets, and I need someone who is well-versed with the latest SEO techniques. I'd like you to conduct an audit of the website including my competitor website to analyze its performance on search engine rankings, identify deficiencies and provide recommendations for improvement. As part of this On-Page SEO project, you will also need to optimize title and meta tags, rewrite content, create sitemaps and analyze competitors’ backlinks. You will also need to ensure that the website is search engine friendly and optimized for mobile devices. Finally, I would like you to closely monitor my website's performance to ensure that these SEO steps have the desired result.
What would it cost me to get at least 10 keywords on 1st 3 pages of google search in 2 months. I only pay after the monthly KPI is achieved.
