SEO & Google Ads Expert Needed

I am looking for a partner who can help me with SEO and setting up Google Ads for my new website.

My site is a week old selling products that already convert at a 4% level on Ebay for the last two years. I simply need visibility with my target audience. The person that will get this job will understand my priorities in order are

1. Get my Google Ads and Google Shopping ads set up correctly and running smoothly. They are already setup and running but there are errors that need to be resolved and optimization. For instance Conversion Tracking isn't working as it should and I need to make sure the target audience is US only. I NEED some conversions as I plan to use any and all profit from this site to put back into SEO an ad development. I do not have a huge endless budget.

- Experience with guest blogging is a plus
