SEO For YT Channel

I'm looking for someone to create an SEO strategy to gain targeted viewers and subscribers for a new quiz/trivia based YT channel which I'm creating. The main focus will be in organically optimizing and promoting videos and channel in order to get better visibility. If you can help me optimize this channel with your experience and technical skills, I would love to hear from you. I know that it's a process, so if the results are satisfactory, I would like to continue on a monthly basis to eventually be able to monetize the channel.
