SEO Expert for a online product store

We are looking for a SEO Expert to help with the organic and paid SEO. We are looking for a go-getter who-based on our goals and calendar-will develop a plan of what we need in order to hit our targets- with a time frame and budget. We are a start up, so experience with small companies is a must. We are looking for someone to start working on optimizing our website no later than the beginning of January.
Please reach out if interested and once I give you the url we can discuss specific time & cost.
Thank you!
