SEO Specialist for Real Estate Website (empirehfbb.com) – Mid-Level (4-6 hrs/day)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to improve the organic search performance of our real estate website, empirehfbb.com. Our primary focus is to increase organic traffic, boost keyword rankings, and generate quality leads. The role is remote, and we expect a commitment of 4-6 hours per day, 5 days a week. This is a trial period for one week, with strong potential for long-term engagement based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• SEO Audit & Strategy:
• Perform a thorough audit of the website’s current SEO status (technical, on-page, and off-page factors).
• Develop a clear, data-driven SEO strategy tailored for the competitive real estate market.
• Keyword Research & Optimization:
• Identify high-value keywords related to real estate in our target market.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images for targeted keywords.
• Technical SEO:
• Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and fix crawl errors.
• Implement schema markup and enhance site structure.
• Content Strategy & Link Building:
• Develop content recommendations that can drive organic traffic (e.g., blog posts, guides, local real estate news).
• Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and relationship building.
• Local SEO:
• Optimize for local search (Google My Business, local citations) to target property buyers and sellers in our area.
• Performance Reporting:
• Provide weekly progress reports with KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlinks, and lead conversions.
• Suggest actionable insights to continuously improve performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of proven SEO experience (preferably with real estate or competitive local markets).
• Strong proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Experience in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver clear, concise reports.
