Real estate Mortgage Lenders in the US, mainly California. Difficult SEO category. We seek an individual or team that knows SEO well and would like to see the following:
• Proposal & Timeline – give us a few bullet points showing what you would plan to do to build out SEO for a lender.
• Top US Mortgage Search Terms – show us you know how to research and let us know what the top few US search terms for mortgages are.
• Your Difference – why are you our best choice?
• Success Stories – show us 5 or 6 clients (real estate or lending in the US would be best, but any success stories are fine), search terms and where they rank. Solid search terms relative to their industry.
This is going to be a long term project and we are seeking a professional individual or team to work with us and perhaps consult with other teams (social media, lead capture, driving traffic) to attract, grow, capture and maintain organic lead growth. If there are other areas of digital marketing you are proficient in, please let us know.
