We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist with a strong background in real estate SEO to manage and optimize two of our websites. Currently, both websites have zero traffic, and we need an expert to build a comprehensive SEO strategy from scratch to increase visibility and generate traffic.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate SEO and a deep understanding of SEO practices specific to the real estate industry.
Must be able to perform keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page SEO, and create a long-term SEO plan for sustained growth.
Ability to analyze competitors and leverage data to create a competitive strategy.
Technical SEO knowledge to ensure site health and performance.
Must provide regular progress reports on traffic, rankings, and other important metrics.
Availability for meetings or consultations to review progress and discuss strategies.
