SEO Expert Needed for Off page

I launched a new Technology blog and I'm seeking an SEO expert to help improve its domain authority and search engine rankings on Google.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build over 150 high-quality, white hat backlinks, with a mix of 80% do-follow and 20% no-follow
- Secure 7 to 10 guest blog posts on high DA blogs with low spam scores
- Provide comprehensive weekly reports detailing progress and insights
This will initially be a one month trial period. If the work is smooth and results are promising, we can shift to a long-term collaboration.
Ideal Candidates Should:
