SEO Expert

I am looking for a SEO expert on freelance basis. We have 2 small projects to work on. I do have a website which is completed and looking forward to increase outreach of the same while the 2nd project is in inception stage and will be live in couple of weeks. We are based in India and we want to increase Indian customer outreach. It would be great if someone with experience reached but freshers with knowledge of SEO and who have worked on 1-2 projects only are also welcomed. Offers will be negotiated prior to knowledge and experience.
