SEO Domain/Keyword analyses - Content Gap [read all need to write a special word first]

i search someone that could do seo analyses. I am intested in following:
1. I give you a domain
2.You make an analsys of low hanging fruits A) more Content B) more Backlinks
3.You look to this domain and identify what they do and what they primary want (top 3 keywords)
4. You take a look to for this keywords and identify the compeditors
5. You take semrush or other tool to make a content gap analyse
6. You look to keywords that generate links (High backlinks with low traffic for this domain)
Result:
Report with screenshots or Ecel that show the contant gap keywords, the low haning fruits and the link magnets.
