Details of the scope in attached documents. Total available budget for both projects is $1000-$1500.

-Contractor will provide technical SEO work for the Client website to increase qualifying leads. This includes on-age and off-page SEO, meta tags and descriptions, speed optimization, robots.txt, sitemaps, mobile phone optimization, digital accessibility, fixing broken links, link building (earning links from reputable external sites), etc.
-Contractor will create and post two blog posts per month (once every two weeks) on topics suggested by the Contractor or by Client. These blog posts will be approximately 500 words each in length and driven by relevant SEO keywords as identified by the Contractor. On the first day of each month, the Contractor will share a plan for the month’s blog post topics with the Client. Contractor will submit a final blog draft to the Digital Marketing Head five days in advance of posting for any final changes and edits.
-For new blog posts, this involves doing keyword research, adding and optimizing images, and creating Meta descriptions for the post.
-Contractor will produce two posts per week on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The content and topic can be identical, with the format and language simply being customized to the channel. These posts aim to increase engagement among homeowners in the Greater Boston Area, the target market for this company, and drive traffic to the Client website in order to increase sales.
-Contractor may choose to create any landing pages necessary and perform web design, maintenance and improvements necessary in service of positioning Client’s website as a leader in Google results and PageRank, if mutually agreed upon (for an agreed-upon additional charge).
