? Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Optimization
- Improve SEO for past & future blog posts.
- Research & implement high-ranking keywords to boost traffic.
- Optimize meta descriptions, headings, & images for better rankings.
- Monitor & improve Google Search rankings & website analytics.

Content Repurposing & Promotion
- Turn blog posts into LinkedIn/social media snippets to drive engagement.
- Format & schedule newsletter updates.
- Create engaging for social media posts.

Book & Course Visibility
- Track website conversion rates & suggest improvements.

Post new content and publish newsletter
- Post new posts (~1 a month) and send newsletters.

? Ideal Skills & Experience
✔ SEO experience (Google rankings, keyword research, content optimization).
✔ WordPress or similar CMS knowledge (basic formatting & SEO tools like Yoast).
✔ Content marketing experience (repurposing blog posts for social media/email).
✔ Basic analytics skills (Google Analytics, Search Console tracking).
✔ Experience with newsletter tools.

➕ Familiarity with academic publishing or online courses.
