SEO + Consulting for Ace Web Experts

I am seeking an experienced SEO specialist to help increase website traffic for my education website. The primary goal of this project is to increase website traffic. The project is for three months.
The following Tasks are needed for SEO -
Work on 50 keywords.
The keywords can be changed based on the progressive results. If the keywords are not working, new ones must be worked upon.
10 backlinks per keyword need to be built every month from the side of the SEO expert (A Total of 500 backlinks). These backlinks should be high quality and from relevant websites.
The expert will research the keywords, and then the pages and keywords will be decided after discussion. The research will be based on the website and the competition.
A site Audit will be performed on the website, and relevant recommendations (such as Target pages, Title, meta, sitemap, and robots) will be given.
Regular suggestions and reports will have to be shared by the expert to improve the website's SEO.
A plan to increase the traffic, with estimated traffic after three months, will have to be created and shared before the execution of the project starts.
For the Consulting part of the project, the SEO expert will have to -
Spend a minimum of 25 hours per month with the team at ShikshaGurus.
The SEO expert will help the team with the plan to work on the activities to increase traffic.
The expert will help the team with a list of keywords that the team should be targeting for the next three months (min 50 keywords).
Regular support will be provided by the expert to the team in creating backlinks.
Regular support will be provided by the SEO expert to the ShikshaGurus team in terms of fixes needed to be done on the website for the targeted pages (Keywords)
The SEO expert will help the ShikshaGurus team identify the blogs that need to be posted on the website (by the ShikshaGurus team) for the targeted pages (keywords).
Any other support that the expert thinks are needed will be provided to the ShikshaGurus team.
