SEO Consultant SE Ranking

My company is looking for an experienced SEO Consultant to help increase our organic traffic by crafting and executing an effective SEO campaign. We have some elements of a strategy already in place, but need someone to come in and fine-tune and optimize our existing setup. Ideally, the campaign should last 3 months. We're looking for someone who understands how to bring a site to higher rankings and increased visibility on search engines.
