SEO - Backlinks and DA improvement

KalimaQuotes.com is a famous quotes website with 80k sessions per month (25% increase last month).

We need an SEO expert to help on very specific tasks and in respect with Google guidelines :

- Provide list of existing Toxic backlinks (Excel file with url list and associated DA and spam score). One time task.

- Add high quality backlinks with low spam score (Monthly report with the list of URLs, DoFollow or not, DA and spam score).

- Improve Domain Authority. It is currently 15.

- fixed price of 75€ per month

-- Reach 1M monthly sessions: 1000€

Note: This can be a 10 months project if the results are good.
