SEO Activities for website CMS Migration from Shopify to Drupal

My name is Billy, I own a UAE shopping website, we specialize in personalized greeting cards but also sell a wide range of gifts, flowers and food treats.
Migration Details:
• My current website is built on Shopify
• I am migrating the website to Drupal
o The website is in the final round of testing, soft launch to a selected small audience of users will take place 1st week of October 2021
o Then if all goes well we may fully migrate in November or December
• I have a Drupal web development agency based in Ukraine building the new website (They are not specialists in SEO)
• We currently have 4000 pages indexed by google
Below is (YOUR) scope of work
Main Aims:
• Create a strategy/plan for all SEO activities which are needed to ensure the new website has a the best SEO possible
• Bench mark the website SEO performance before and after, Ensure all tracking is enabled
• We will provide you with relevant access to lead on all of the SEO initiatives
• Set up 301 and 302 redirects. Monitor 404s.
• Provide a weekly report on accomplishments and next weeks tasks
• Change URL names of product pages to reflect old website URLs
• Carry over any good SEO properties from the old website to the new website
• In depth keyword research analysis for new website product pages
• Create improved SEO structure & content strategy including keywords & alt tags for all images
• work with my Drupal development agency to ensure google analytics, tag manager, search console, is properly implemented for reporting and trend analysis.
