SEO AND SMO

HI, Needing SEO for the website. If the price is right we can do SMO too. We had used google Adwords and then we stopped it and did not like to use it at the current moment. Work has to be done on our machine, the reason we want you to work on our machines is that we hired a freelancer and they keep on telling us they are working on the SEO but in actuality, not much was done. Because we added a lot of new services and content and the freelancer was not even aware of it. They were sending us phony data and reports.
