SEO AND GOOGLE AD WORDS FOR MY AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS

As the owner of an automotive business, I am looking for a freelancer to help with SEO and Google Ad Words. It is important that my website is optimized for search engine rankings and increased website traffic, so that I can generate more conversions and sales. I have specific keywords and phrases that I would like to target as well as a timeline of 1-3 months to complete this project with a view to extend this. I am looking for someone who has expertise in SEO and Google Ad Words with a proven track record of success. Currently I get 10 hours of ad word management monthly and 8 hours of SEO monthly.
I really need someone who in time can be my go to person for social media, and all my other marketing needs. including emails, updating website, adding an ecommerce website, making small changes on the website and various changes which are required as and when needed.
Reporting- Is really important to me and I will need a dashboard to see my RIO on both SEO and GOOGLE ADS.
I would like my agency to help me initially plan my marketing activates for the year to understand my requirements and how we are going to grow my business. Including SEO, Ads, email marketing, as well as other above the line marketing activities.
