Update/re-build/refine houston-ac.com to simple modern design, keeping the form for customers to fill out, changing the business name, logo and address. add scheduler so customer can schedule their own appointment using this link, and add squareup.com to collect the call out and diagnosis fee when they schedule.. add pictures and videos I will send you. Performance of website should be fast and smooth with a slow connection of 2mbs. Perform updates for the next 2 months after going live; include a price to perform maintenance and updates for the next 12 months after the 2 months.
Website should have main page, about page, contact page, and other landing pages for each keyword of around 50 keywords I will send you. I also want a price for each additional keyword i will send you; there are around 2500 other keywords.
SEO should be included in price.
Website should be Weebly, WebsiteBuilder, or WordPress. Website is currently done in WordPress which I do not like.
Website should conform to all current Google requirements to be at the top of search and all required analitics and whatever is required for the website to show up at the top of search engines for all keywords that pages are made for on all 60 major search engines.
I require a broken down detailed quote of what work you will be performing under this project.
