Easy Go SXM’s Google Business Profile suddenly dropped the 5-star reviews we had earned over the years, and the “car-rental delivery” service option vanished at the same time. Google has not provided a reason, and when I started the usual appeal process the support reply warned that confirming our physical address could permanently strip out the delivery feature we rely on for clients arriving at the airport and cruise port.
