Resolve Persistent 403 Server Errors

Over the past few days my site has begun returning 403-Forbidden responses that I can’t pin down. The errors appear sporadically, but the impact is anything but random—keywords have dropped off a cliff and organic traffic is sliding with them.
I need an experienced server-side specialist to get to the root of the issue, patch it, and leave the stack healthier than you found it. Server optimisation is the priority; nothing else matters until the 403s disappear.
What you’ll actually do
• Inspect current web-server configuration (Apache/Nginx, .htaccess rules, mod_security, firewalls, permissions)
• Trace and reproduce the forbidden responses, identify the triggers
• Implement the cleanest fix and verify that pages previously blocked return 200 OK
• Provide a concise report summarising cause, steps taken, and any follow-up recommendations
Acceptance criteria
1. No 403 responses on previously affected URLs when tested with curl, browser, and Google fetch/render
2. Site passes crawl without permission errors for 24 h
3. Brief post-fix report delivered
