Resolve Google Indexing Issues

Job ID: 40261587

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Google Search Console has started flagging “new reasons” that prevent many of my freshly published pages on http://www.keyrealtyokc.com/ from getting into the index. I add new posts every week, yet these new URLs remain stuck in “Discovered” or similar limbo states while older content indexes just fine.

I need a technical SEO specialist to:

• Pinpoint the exact causes behind the new-post indexing failures (crawl anomalies, canonical conflicts, rendering problems, Core Web Vitals, robots.txt, sitemap, structured data—whatever the investigation reveals).
• Implement or clearly outline the fixes, then verify successful re-crawling and inclusion via Search Console.
• Provide a concise hand-off note so I can keep future weekly posts index-ready without repeated issues.

Please base your work on real Search Console logs, live site inspections, and any other diagnostic tools you prefer (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, log-file analysis, etc.). My acceptance criteria are simple: the affected URLs must appear in the live Google index and the related Search Console warnings should clear or be properly justified.
