Resolve Google Console Sitemap Errors

My XML sitemap is throwing crawl-related indexing problems inside Google Search Console, so a portion of my pages never make it into the index. I need a precise, technical fix—not just another report.
The job
• Diagnose exactly why the XML sitemap can’t be crawled or processed (header issues, robots.txt conflicts, malformed URLs, duplicated entries, etc.).
• Apply the corrective changes on the site/server and resubmit the sitemap.
• Verify in Search Console that the crawl errors disappear and previously excluded URLs move to “Indexed”.
Acceptance
I consider the task complete when Search Console shows a clean status for the sitemap and all intended URLs are indexed or flagged with clear, actionable reasons.
