Require - Digital Marketing / SEO - Project Manager / Assistant
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
Hi there,
I am an independent Google Search (SEO & Google Ads) consultant with 10+ clients on retainer. I am searching for a project manager / assistant with experience in the digital marketing (and preferably SEO) field to help me manage client workloads on a month to month basis.
Majority of the tasks will include:
- Managing content ordering of contracted copywriters
- Managed backlink ordering with contractors
- Using Asana to manage content with other agencies I do whitelabel work for
- Proofreading content, adding images to articles and preparing the content for publishing
- Sending content to contractors for publishing, or:
--- Publishing content to websites yourself (CMS' include WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify and more)
- Updating Google Data Studio dashboards
- Keyword research
- Generally assisting in the management of completing set tasks throughout the month
I have systems and processes in place which will hopefully allow the candidate to get a grip on the aforementioned tasks quite easily. Training can be provided but candidates with experience in the mentioned tasks will be preferred, and I am happy to pay an hourly rate reflective to experience. Looking to start someone on 2 days (15 hours) per week, and grow this over time.
