Remove Search Engine Footprints
Budget: $10 – $150 USD
My priority is clearing the search-engine trail that still follows my name. When someone runs a Google, Bing, or DuckDuckGo query they can still find outdated personal details, scraped Instagram images, and a couple of legacy news stories that I no longer want in the public eye. I need an expert who can have those links taken down when possible and de-indexed or buried when full removal is not achievable, all while staying within each platform’s policies and local privacy laws.
Instagram is the only social channel that concerns me; a few old posts and cached thumbnails keep reappearing in image results. Guidance on permanently deleting or obscuring that material—and making sure it does not resurface—forms part of the brief.
Deliverables
• A practical action plan outlining takedown, de-indexing, and suppression methods for every offending URL
• Execution of that plan, including filing removal requests with Google and other engines, handling right-to-be-forgotten or DMCA forms where applicable, and coordinating with Instagram if direct post deletion alone is insufficient
• A final report showing each link before/after status, remaining next steps (if any), and advice for ongoing reputation hygiene
