Redesigning wordpress website

Hello,

I have a new wordpress website based on IPL need to be re-designed.

- logo design
- use of free wordpress theme
- free WP plugings - Elementor, Yoast or Rank Math SEO etc.
- should comply google adsense

- IMPORTANT: Mobile Friendly , SEO Optimized and Speed Optimized

Site Info: Site will be more of News/Media type where I will be postings artciles about IPL 2022 Matches. Will be uploading pictures, videos.
