Reddit Growth Marketer (Organic, Non-Spam)

We’re looking for an experienced Reddit growth marketer to help drive organic awareness and traffic for a productivity web tool.
This is NOT about spamming links.
We want someone who understands Reddit culture and knows how to provide real value inside communities.
What You’ll Do:


- Research relevant subreddits
- Create and manage Reddit account(s) properly
- Build karma naturally before promoting anything
- Post helpful, thoughtful replies to real user questions
- Start high-quality discussions when relevant
- Mention our product only when it genuinely helps the user
- Track engagement and traffic from Reddit


Important Rules (Must Follow):
- No spam
- No mass posting
- No copy-paste comments
- No fake engagement
- Follow each subreddit’s rules strictly
- Promotional links only when contextually relevant
- Focus on solving problems, not selling
