Real Estate Blog Creation

I'm seeking a professional web designer and digital marketer to develop a lead-generating real estate blog aimed primarily at home sellers/buyers. The website will include my real estate agent contact information as well as minimal additional information regarding my day-to-day activities and upcoming events, it will mostly focus on a blog that encompasses a variety of content types, including:

- Home buying tips
- Comprehensive neighborhood guides
- The latest market trends
- Current news in the real estate sector
- Selling tips
- Partner referrals

The website will require constant updates such as: new homes for sale, news, activities and events, which will most likely have to be done by me in the future once the website is up and running.

Ideal candidates should possess a strong background in web design (specially those having worked hand-in-hand with real estate agents and agencies), as well as proven skills in SEO, lead generation strategies, and engaging website creation.

The website will be mainly in spanish (spanish market) but eventually english and french will be required.
