I'm a realtor in Canada and I'm in need of an expert in website development and SEO optimization to create a website/s primarily for generating leads and providing top information for my target customers in the city of Winnipeg. This website should be designed with user engagement and conversion in mind. It'd like to have a website and layout and content similar to this amazing one!: JustinHavre.com
I'm also in a different city/market, so our SEO won't compete.
I'm also seeking comprehensive SEO assistance that will encompassing the following:
- full understanding of SEO, and how slow or quick to implement SEO so that it works the best...please provide your recommendation to get started and also how to maintain it over time....ongoing at a reasonable price...
- Be setup for my city, and again, similar to JustinHavre.com (which is a different market altogether - so we won't compete for SEO).
- Efficient Keyword Research: Understand my business and target audience to identify appropriate keywords to reach individual customers effectively.
- Astute On-page Optimization: Optimized content, HTML source code, Meta tags et al, ensuring a fully-optimized, SEO-friendly website.
- Strategic Link Building: Implement white-hat link building strategies that will boost my website's authority and ranking.
The ideal freelancer should have notable experience in real estate agent website development, keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building. Your portfolio showcasing similar projects will be highly beneficial. I'm looking for a partner who can understand my business and customers well, and translate that understanding into an engaging, high-performing website.
Also, I'd like to run ads on whatever search engine (Facebook, Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc) there are leads available and people searching for help in relation to buying or selling real estate....maybe they get sent to my website to be qualified, or we setup a separate system/landing page for doing so....
