Real Estate Agent Website Initial One-Time SEO Work

I am seeking an SEO expert to help me achieve higher visibility on search engines and drive organic traffic to my site. Strong preference towards those with experience in real estate website SEO and marketing.

I have a small budget of *up to* $400 as this business is still in the startup phase.

This project is for defined scope, predominately on-site SEO work only. Monthly subscriptions or plans will not be considered and should not be proposed at this time. No current SEO work has been performed.

The work I'm needing done is listed below:
-Keywords research/analysis tailored to local market
-Tag creation and optimization (Title, headings, image alt, meta descriptions, etc.)
-Google analytics and search console setup
-Google and Bing webmaster setup
-Google XML sitemap creation/submission,
-Robot txt creation/submission
-Correct any existing errors (404, canonical, dead links)
-Optimize Google My Business page

If your bid pricing includes more or less than these tasks (EX: Local directory submission), please be sure to specify so I can evaluate it properly.
