Ranking in google

I need Ranking on some keywords,
I hired A Freelancer to test before before he took like 60$ for 1 month and 200 backlinks
all he did was random image submission and some really shitty Automated free tools
so I DO NOT need that
I know 200 backlinks for 60$ is mostly likely a spam work , but now I need Good Quality Work

I have seen a competitor That Purchased His Domain 1 month ago and now he is ranking on Top 5 on a lot of keywords I am targeting too , I know SEO takes a lot of time , But someone ranked in 1 month so its possible , So I want that too

Whatever it takes
also keep in mind I do not need useless shit like random guest posts on unknown websites that looks like a spam site
I need Backlinks Made In a Real active blog in the same niche I am targeting
because from what I understood in the SEO process , Backlinks Must Attract Interested Traffic
so backlink with random traffic or backlinks without traffic at all = useless ,
so I need
- To copy competitor Strategy
- To make effective same niche and same anchors as competitor Backlinks
- 1 Month Timeframe or more if there was a good result in the first 1 month
