Rank my Google business in the 1st search results | by an "ARABIC citizen"

I am from egypt, i have a law office, and i need to make it rank in the top of search results, I have a website, and i made a google my business acount and my business appears in the search results, but i want it to be the first, i tryed to be active on the account by posting posts, photos, and changing the name, and changing categories, but it does'nt make any sense,
