Quick fix for WordPress & SEO Basics

We need your help with setting different user roles and getting them to display on the user's profile page below their name
Example..
Role 1: Author
Role 2: Writer
Role 3: Lurker...
On the website interface, once we click on Role 1 "Author" we get redirected to user profile where we get their name, rating, adress.. We need "Author" to be displayed on their profile under their name.
We also need your help with setting up SEO basics for our ads portal website in order for it to get indexed (Website title & meta tags + & push with some back-links traffic sources (ideally if you could publish on our behalf)
Budget shouldn't surpass 50$.. if there are extra mods we'll toppen that budget.
