Promote a course on Udemy and bring in sales

We are a small organization that provides opportunities to those in developing countries who wouldn’t otherwise have them.
We are looking to hire a professional who is experienced is promoting online courses to help us promote a new language course on Udemy and bring in sales.
There is a fairly low level of competition for this online course, so this should hopefully make things easier. We also believe the quality of the course is of a high standard, however we feel it just needs some traffic going in it’s direction.
If you feel confident you can help us, then we would like to hear from you.
We are also designing a new website at the moment, so if you’re also able to offer advice on SEO etc, that would be a plus...
If the quality of work is very good, we will be happy to provide you with more work in the future (for which there is plenty).
Price will be discussed with freelancers.
